A plain statement of what PHUANNE.com currently is, and what it currently is not.

Status: A live PHUANNE brand presentation. Not a final commercial launch — pricing, products, imagery and copy are still evolving.
Products: All fifty pieces shown are design concepts. None is currently manufactured, stocked, sampled or available for purchase. Names are working placeholders subject to trademark and product-name review.
Prices: Draft positioning figures in EUR. Not offers, not quotations, and not final. Currency, taxes, duties and retail architecture are undecided.
Payments: No payment processing exists on this site yet. No card details, deposits or funds can be collected. The bag demonstrates catalogue behaviour only.
Orders: A private preorder request is an expression of interest. It is not an accepted order and creates no obligation on either side until PHUANNE confirms in writing.
Your data: Enquiry contact details, preferences and notes are stored in PHUANNE’s protected Cloudflare database for up to 180 days to handle your request. Bag and language preferences stay in your browser. Your private status link gives access to status updates and deletion. Only authorised project operators can access the enquiry inbox.
Analytics: The site uses Google Fonts and Cloudflare infrastructure, including the Cloudflare Insights script inserted at the edge. No advertising or marketing subscription is created by an enquiry.
Imagery: PHUANNE concept imagery combines original AI-generated designs with owner-approved solo and couple images. Imagery is illustrative, not evidence of manufactured stock or a physical boutique.
Paris: PHUANNE is Paris-inspired. “Designed in Paris” appears only as stated future brand direction. There is no Paris studio, atelier or design engagement at this time, and no such claim is made on any product.
Origin: No country-of-origin claim is made. Manufacturing location is undetermined and will be stated accurately once it exists.
Credits: PHUANNE is founded by NTP. The collection is designed by Emmanuel Christian, Designer and Creative Director. No biography, career, education, award, celebrity association, stockist or sales figure is claimed for either.
Third parties: No affiliation, endorsement, partnership or association with any other fashion house, designer, retailer or public figure is claimed or implied.
Language: This site is available in English and Vietnamese. The Vietnamese text is an editorial translation and carries exactly the same disclosures as the English version, including the no-payment and no-fabrication rules on this page.
